Toddlers live in a confusing and frustrating world. They know they have preferences and desires, but can’t quite communicate them or make things happen for themselves yet. Just on the verge of being able to walk, they can’t reach the shiny things on the top shelf or don’t understand why they can’t play with mom or dad’s phone. As parents, we often have to ride out a tantrum from either one of these or teething!

Baby and Me Yoga goes beyond the mat and teaches life-long lessons. The toddler and caregiver spend an hour together – singing, playing, and doing yoga. Yoga teaches patience, self-love, and linking the breath to movement. These skills can help you and your child move through not only your practice, but the difficult transitions of life.

The structure of this class is designed to keep the little ones entertained. We will move from introductions to singing, adding movement and games, and ending on a goodbye song. The asanas for the toddler and caregiver are gentle and modifications are available. All levels are welcome!
