Yoga For Everyone, Everywhere

Hello and Welcome! I am a yoga instructor in Brookline, NH with a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Lexington Power Yoga. I have been teaching in the Southern New Hampshire area since 2019. My classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. I am excited to offer online clips and social media to supplement in-person classes on this site. 
Prior to becoming a teacher, I have practiced many forms of yoga for over ten years. I was inspired to teach my own classes and create an environment of learning, openness, and kindness based on my amazing journey.
