While working as an HR Manager and Recruiter for non-profits in Washington, DC and Boston, I was able to study vinyasa yoga from a group of amazing teachers. Attending classes in-person really inspired me to teach my own version of yoga and inspire others. I hope to help you reach your potential through a variety of channels to meet your individual needs.
